Description

The Retail Products & Services Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in directing and overseeing compliance initiatives for a diverse range of consumer lending products. This role demands a strategic and detail-oriented approach to ensure the bank operates within the boundaries of applicable laws and regulations, while also fostering a robust compliance culture. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Corporate Compliance Division to guide the business through regulatory changes and support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary) Compensation: The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $170,000/yr; commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their skill level and experience.
