Retail Program Specialist Retail Program Specialist oversees the planning, coordination and execution of in-store retail programs and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales priorities and retail experience standards. Alongside the Retail Program team, you will drive nationwide retail campaigns, activation initiatives and operational readiness across CelcomDigi Stores while supporting seamless execution, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement of the retail operating model. Responsibilities •Develop and implement retail programs, campaigns, store and customer engagement activities aligned with sales targets and customer engagement goals. •Identify new ideas for in-store engagement, retail innovation and experiential activation. •Support stores with sales-driven initiatives (promotions, product launches, cross-selling campaigns and etc). •Monitor program effectiveness in driving traffic, conversion and revenue uplift. •Ensure all initiatives comply with the Retail Operating Model, SOPs and service standards. Also reflect brand values and customer-centric principles. •Act as liaison between HQ teams (SGTM, CGTM, Device Management, Operations and etc), regional and store teams. •Support retail teams with briefings, toolkits and guidance for programs and initiatives execution. •Gather feedback from stores and provide insight for continuous improvement. •Prepare post-implementation reviews and reports. •Provide data-driven recommendations to improve future initiatives.Requirements 3-5 years of relevant work experience in telecommunications, retail banking, FMCG and retail industries Excellent knowledge of retail management, marketing and  managing business performance will be an added advantage Excellent organizing and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, matrix environment Strong people management skills, approachable, responsible and has good listening skills Commercial awareness and has analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles Ability to understand and manage P&L Positive, passionate, collaborative, creative, A self-starter, A team player, resourceful and ability to perform under pressure Retail Program Specialist Retail Program Specialist oversees the planning, coordination and execution of in-store retail programs and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sales priorities and retail experience standards.
