Job Title Retail Property Manager Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager to support the delivery of retail property management services across high-profile assets within the NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will manage day-to-day retail operations, retailer relationships, lease compliance and financial performance across assigned precincts. Working closely with Leasing, Facilities Management, Events and Asset Management teams, you will help deliver strong retailer engagement and operational outcomes across dynamic public precincts. Job Description #LI-DNI — Do Not Ingest. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day retail property operations across assigned assets Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, turnover rent and compliance activities Manage retailer enquiries, issues and stakeholder relationships Support rent collection, arrears management and financial reporting Coordinate with internal teams to support precinct operations and activation Prepare reporting and support governance and compliance requirements About You 3-5 years’ experience in retail property management Strong understanding of retail leasing and property compliance Experience in retail, mixed-use or precinct environments preferred Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills NSW Real Estate License (Class 2 or higher), or eligibility to obtain one About Us Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm delivering innovative solutions across property, facilities, and project management.
