Description Position Overview: The ultimate summer souvenir is working in the Retail Department at Typhoon Texas. Retail Team Members provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while helping guests find the perfect Typhoon Texas souvenir. Team members will greet and interact with guests at retail locations and locker stations, offering assistance as needed. Responsibilities include stocking and restocking merchandise, maintaining product displays, assisting with locker sales, operating a point-of-sale system (POS), and keeping the work area clean and organized. Working across various Retail locations throughout the park—both indoors and outdoors, Retail Team Members consistently embody our moment making keys in every interaction the ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, proactive in meeting guest needs, and committed to creating a Good-Clean-Fun experience for every guest at Typhoon Texas. Position Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service. Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process payments. Follow and enforce the refund policy. Maintain knowledge of products sold and any ongoing promotions. Drive sales initiatives by up-selling targeted products. Assist guests with locker inquiries, including purchasing and troubleshooting stuck lockers. Continually monitor the retail area for potential threats or theft. Report suspicious activity to the appropriate leadership or management as needed. Restock retail products daily while safely operating dollies and pallet jacks. Ensure displays for Terry’s General Store and Main Street Retail are well-stocked, properly set up, and visually appealing. Assist with tagging merchandise, organizing inventory, and putting away deliveries as assigned. Keep the sales floor, aisles, countertops, displays, and warehouse area clean and organized. Clean the front and back of lockers, inside and out, and restock locker bands. Comply with all Pyek Group and Typhoon Texas policies and procedures. Proactively identify operational and equipment issues and collaborate with leadership to resolve them when appropriate. Embody Typhoon Texas’s moment making keys of intentionality, Texas-friendliness, safety, cleanliness, and fun throughout all departments. Assist with other responsibilities, roles, departments, or park locations as assigned. Requirements Must be 15 years of age or older. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. May be required to lift 20–50 lbs. May be required to work in various weather conditions, such as direct sunlight, high temperatures, or rain. Must be able to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to communicate in a positive and professional manner and work well with others.

Responsibilities
