This pivotal leadership role is key to driving operational excellence,elevating the customer experience,and delivering commercial success across Dr.Martens stores.
As a Retail Regional Manager,you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations,ensuring each one operates efficiently,meets sales targets,and reflects our brand values. You’ll be a key player in shaping the future of our retail operations,developing talent,and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Drive operational excellence across all stores,ensuring compliance,efficiency,and high retail standards.
  • Lead and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets,deliver exceptional customer experiences,and uphold brand values.
  • Manage regional P&L,budgets,payroll,and stock control to maximize profitability.
  • Champion a culture of performance,engagement,and continuous improvement through coaching and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns,visual merchandising,and in-store events.
  • Act as the key communication link between stores and head office,sharing insights,feedback,and strategic direction.
