Description

We are looking to employ a mature and experienced sales assistant in our boutiques in Camberwell and Moonee ponds. This is a sales oriented job and the candidate must be sales driven and posses the ability to upsell, multi-task and hit sales targets. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales essential. We are looking for either casual staff or if willing to travel (within Melbourne) full time potentially.

Responsibilities of The Role:

  • Maximise sales by achieving sales targets and hitting KPIs
  • Providing a high level of customer service skills
  • Gaining product knowledge to make a great sale
  • Cash handling and processing sales
  • Processing and organizing stock
  • Support the management team with stock organisation and visual merchandising.

Requirements of the Role:

  • At least 5+ years experience in a similar role (eg sales representative, sales assistant, customer service representative, 2IC Store Manager, retail manager, etc) is preferred
  • Must be sales oriented and have a passion to make customers happy
  • A genuine interest in women’s fashion is preferred
  • Understand what great customer service looks like
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus with everything you do
  • Fast paced environment, must be able to multitask
  • Role is 3-4 days a week and ideally on weekends

Pay: $23.23 – $38.56 per hour
