OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist with inquiries, quotes, and order placement.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and handling payments.
  • Maintain organized front office and retail space
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with production team for order updates and pickups
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Support inventory tracking and product displays.
  • Promote ongoing sales and product promotions
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
