This hybrid role bridges the in-store customer journey and our brand’s marketing efforts. You’ll be the face of the boutique, guiding clients through fittings and purchases, while also supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives to grow our presence and community.
Responsibilities:

Retail Sales

• Deliver warm, personalized service to every customer
• Understand and communicate product details, customisation options, and brand story
• Assist with fittings and coordinate with our tailoring team
• Maintain the boutique’s appearance and inventory organization
• Support daily boutique operations including POS, customer bookings, and basic admin

Marketing Support

• Assist in content creation (e.g., behind-the-scenes, in-store photography, styling reels)
• Support email and social media campaigns (planning, captions, scheduling)
• Engage with customers online and offline to strengthen brand presence
• Help organize pop-ups, launches, and other brand events
• Monitor social media trends and suggest ideas for content or collaborations

Requirements:

• Friendly, confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred
• Interest in fashion, heritage, or design
• Comfortable with social media and basic marketing tools (Instagram, Canva, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and a team player
• Able to work retail hours including weekends (if applicable)
