Description:
- Greeting customers who enter the shop and assist with customer needs and enquiries
- Responsible for attending to all customers and demonstrating effective selling skills and product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service
- Involve in cashiering duties
- Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods
- Replenishing stocks and assisting to display on rack
- Ensure sufficient stock levels and Assist in stock-take
- Do basic housekeeping and other ad-hoc duties assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- Motivated. Independent
- Good communication and selling skills
- Preferably with some retail sales experience or related in Hardware & Machinery Industry
- 6-days work week
