Morrisons Daily Whitehills is a very busy large convenience store in Whitehills, Northampton. We are currently recruiting part time Retail Sales Assistants to work between 10-15 hours per week across a mixture of evening and weekend shifts and some days shifts.
We also need candidates who are able to jump in our little Toyota Aygo delivery vehicle and deliver groceries to our customers as part of our new busy delivery service. The job will be a mixture of instore shop work and delivery picking and driving.
To be successful, you’ll need to be able to provide amazing customer service by building relationships with the public and being confident in resolving issues. We’ll look for you to have clear communication skills, allowing you to interact with customers, offering a personalised service to make them feel valued. Above all, it’ll be your ability to work positively as part of a team to achieve results and to successfully follow procedures that will set you up for success.
