This store-based role combines customer service excellence with clinical support, offering a rewarding opportunity to work closely with customers, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

• Experience in retail or customer service (healthcare experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Calm, compassionate, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, both in-store and over the phone.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate customers and families on sleep disorders and therapy options.
• Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment tailored to individual needs.
• Provide setup, training, and ongoing support for CPAP therapy.
• Follow up with customers to ensure therapy compliance and satisfaction.
• Promote and upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic and retail space.
• Handle payments, manage banking procedures, and oversee stock levels.
