We are looking for a dedicated and driven Coffee Specialist, to join our Nespresso pop-up boutique in Battersea Power Station. If you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates, you could contribute to the growing success of the brand. Your other key responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs. Supporting them in finding their perfect cup of coffee and be on hand to deliver service-oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience. Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso. Your ingredients for success To be successful in this role you will already have retail experience, ideally from a luxury background but we are happy to consider those from a different industry who have the required skill-set.
