JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right products while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a knack for upselling, and the ability to communicate effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain an organised sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and order placements.
• Maintain an organised backroom area for efficient stock management.
