• Provide amazing customer service and gift advice.
• Assist with product displays and keeping the store looking great.
• Handle transactions and gift boxing.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gifts and cards.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist with stock deliveries, unpacking, pricing, and inventory management.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and festive store atmosphere.
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and in-store activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
