Charlies Stores is an independent, growing company, which operates within the retail sector. We are currently looking for a Sales/Till Assistant to join our Queensferry store team, primarily in the Till/Customer Service Department, but also to be utilised across the Store.

The ideal candidate must have retail experience, be able to deliver excellent customer service. As Sales Assistant you will be required to do the following

• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable and ready to help whether on the shop floor or working on the tills.
• Report any suggestions or concerns to the Departmental Supervisor.
• To operate the tills when required, creating a positive lasting impression of the store and ensure customers leave with everything they require.
• Be flexible and willing to work on any department within the store as the business needs.
• Work as part of a team support colleagues and be collaborative in working practices.

The position is 34 hours/ 4 days per week. The store is open 7 days a week with weekday late night opening; the rotas are 4 over 7 days.
