Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

If you are experienced working in retail and are passionate to become an essential member of the retail operations team at Crystal Palace FC, we have a job for you! We are looking for a customer service focused, organised and self motivated retail assist to work on the shop floor, ensure merchandising display and product is maintained to a high standard and stocked properly, use the till system and provide the highest level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working on the shop floor providing customer service
  • Operating the till
  • Packing sales
  • Stocking shelves where required
  • Pricing merchandise
  • Shirt printing of names and numbers
  • Working in the store rooms re-organising merchandise storage
  • Receiving deliveries into storage
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
  • Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
