Sales & Customer Support Administrator
Eastcoast Kitchens & Bedrooms, Freiston, Boston, are a very busy online retailer selling all aspects of home appliances & accessories. Due to increasing sales, a further member is required to support the existing team in giving the best customer service, along with promoting & increasing sales.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Processing sales orders - Customer care & communication via email & phone
Learning Product knowledge & support to customers phone/email/chat
Office administration tasks, invoicing, filing & computer input & price changing
Social media interaction & advertising
The candidate must have: Excellent communication skills, attention to details, motivation & be computer literate. Social media & advertising experience beneficial
Experience Advantages: Previous sales with online marketing strategies & digital ideas along with strong organisational skills. E-commerce & business experience.
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday’s. (Three days)
Hours min 23-30 per week, Wage / hours negotiable - Permanent position for right applicant.
