We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Evolution. This is not just a casual retail job. we’re looking for someone who is experienced, motivated, and ready to hit the ground running. If you take pride in delivering excellent service, love working with top fashion brands, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years retail experience (fashion retail experience is a bonus).
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
• Hard-working, reliable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain high standards in a busy store.

What you will do…

• Customer Service: Be the face of Evolution. greet every customer with confidence, help them find the right style, and make their shopping experience memorable.
• Store Standards: Ensure products are well-presented, the store is tidy, and everything is priced correctly.
• Merchandising: Support the team in keeping displays fresh and on-trend so our collections always look their best.
• Sales & Cash Handling: Confidently operate the till for card and cash transactions (full training provided).

Schedule:

• Mix of midweek and weekend shifts (but not both weekend days).
• Includes holiday cover.
