Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant

We carry a large range of vaping products from top brands all around the world. The products we carry are all TPD compliant and meet the strict safety and quality standards set out in the UK and Europe. As the largest distributors of vaping products in the UK, we get our hands on the latest products before anyone else. Flawless has established itself as a leader in the market of VAPE and CBD products. The company has seen year on year growth of the business and has recently moved to bigger premises to expand our operations.
Job description: We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

MUST HAVE VAPING EXPERIENCE**

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Welcome and greet customers
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
• Must be able to travel to different stores
