-Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash/card transactions confidently

As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable manner
• Assisting customers with purchases and offering product recommendations
• Handling till operations and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store layout
• Replenishing stock and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
• Assisting with stock-taking and deliveries
• Working as part of a team to meet sales targets
