ABOUT THE ROLE

Hairhouse Chermside has an opportunity for an experienced Hair and Beauty Retail Assistant to join our team. You will learn first-hand how to deliver exceptional customer experiences while being trained on the best hair-care brands to build your own knowledge. All you need is a passion for hair and beauty, excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude!

YOUR ROLE

• Provide exceptional customer experiences
• Welcome, engage and consult customers providing professional recommendations on hair care
• Contribute to the smooth running of the store operations
• Ensure the store is well presented, clean and stocked appropriately
• Become a master in Hairhouse merchandising including campaign set up
• Support the salon team by welcoming and assisting salon clients.
