• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
