Salary: € 15 / Hour Plus Commission

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience (furniture or home interiors preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A friendly, confident, and professional manner
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools
  • Availability to work weekend (Saturday) and flexible shifts
  • Interest or background in furniture, home décor, or interior design is a plus
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our showroom — helping customers to find the right furniture for their need, offering design advice, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, enjoys interior design, and thrives in a retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable products
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, including materials, sizes, and customization options
  • Process sales and handle POS transactions efficiently
  • Maintain showroom appearance — tidiness, stock levels, and merchandising
  • Follow up with customer inquiries and assist with order tracking or delivery coordination
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and digital team for promotions and events
  • Stay up to date on product ranges and store offers
