In your role as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) you will represent our brand in our shop in Hamburg and be responsible for the entire customer experience including customer service in our shop.

Your Role

  • Welcome our customers and advise them with your exceptionally competent, open-minded and positive manner. Inspire our customers: Show them how our products will make their journeys adventurous and smooth.
  • Take responsibility for the customer experience, product presentation, sales and representation of our brand values.
  • Share customer feedback on products and service and help us continuously improve our products and customer experience.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock maintenance.
  • Convince customers of the outstanding features of our products and achieve sales targets.
  • Your work has a direct impact on Horizn’s success and you are ready to take responsibility for it.

Your Skills and Experience

  • You have more than 1 year of experience in retail of a premium brand, in sales management of a fashion shop or in a front desk function.
  • You are a good listener and good at persuading people.
  • You have experience in dealing with high-touch products.
  • You have a talent for building long-term customer relationships, winning and retaining customers by recognising their needs and desires
  • Travelling is important to you and you have an affinity for lifestyle and fashion.
  • You have experience in working with sales targets and enjoy the challenge of increasing sales.
  • You have a good eye for the presentation of our goods and always ensure that the goods and their presentation in the shop are in perfect condition.
  • You work in a reliable, organised and structured manner.
  • You impress with your open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, positive and sales-orientated personality.
  • You are enthusiastic about travelling, intelligent products, fashion, design and sustainability.
  • You already have experience in an international working environment and speak fluent English and German.
