Mook Fabrics Ltd is a large wholesale/retail fabric supplier servicing and distributing throughout Canada and the United States.
We are looking for a full-time individual to join our busy retail team in Medicine Hat.
Duties: Assisting and advising customers on fabric purchases, processing fabric orders, working with various fabrics, cutting fabric orders, folding, packing and measuring fabric. This position entails working with customers face to face and via telephone.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience is required. Knowledge of fabric is an asset but not essential, will train the right person. Able to read and interpret orders and invoices. Must be reliable, dependable and able to follow direction. Good attention to detail. Computer literate. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Position requires individual to be on feet all day.
