High End Retailer, Newbie & Me Baby Store are recruiting for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Crewe.
Our team is made up of professional, engaging retail colleagues who deliver not only an exceptional service, but also offer a unique experience for each customers.
As part of your role you will be responsible for demonstrating a vast array of products including car seats, travel systems, nursery furniture etc. You will also learn, train and be supported with your product knowledge meaning you will be able to deliver a great service to all who visit our stores.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, ensuring admin tasks (written/electronic) are completed effectively.
  • Ability to upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Basic maths skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
  • Time management skills to prioritise tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products through open questions, and building rapport with them.
  • Maintain a clean and organised shop floor, ensure items are displayed correctly (after demonstrations, customer use etc.)
