Key Responsibilities – Retail Sales Assistant

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with product information, promotions, and recommendations
• Promote and sell products or services in a retail environment
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure displays are well presented
• Support day-to-day operations of the sales floor
• Provide post-sale support and handle basic customer queries
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
