O’Neills Menswear are hiring a full time sales assistant based in Ardee, Co. Louth. The ideal candidate must have retail sales experience and IT skills are an advantage.

Duties include

• Customer Service.
• Stock Control.
• Merchandising of stock.
• Operation of till system when serving customers.
• Display and Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities include

• Follow and observe store policies.
• Maintain and adhere to safety procedures.
• Offer assistance and services where needed.

The ideal candidate will:

• Focus on customer care
• Be reliable
• Have experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong and authentic communication and skills
• Ability to develop long-term customer relationships and/or manage a customer base.
• Keeping shop and stores clean and tidy.
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50-€17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
