The Outdoor Adventure Store is one of Ireland’s leading outdoor retailers, offering a wide range of camping, hiking, and adventure gear. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and expert advice. We are now looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant to join our Dublin store team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, approachable, and reliable
• Ability to work well in a team
• Retail experience is an advantage but not essential
• Interest in the outdoors and adventure gear is a plus!

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the right products for their adventures. You will deliver great customer service, assist with day-to-day shop operations, and ensure the store is welcoming and well-presented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting customers with purchases and providing product advice
• Processing transactions at the till
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-stocked shop floor
• Assisting with deliveries and restocking shelves
• Supporting the team with general shop duties as required
