EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent organisational abilities to maintain an orderly work environment
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and boost sales.
  • Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding customer service and sales practices.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
  • Diagnose & Repair Mobile devices with in-house training (provided in Carlisle or Newcastle all travel paid)
  • Being a Key Holder & covering all Shifts given
  • Team Leader Responsibilities in Managers Absence
