We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall sales performance of our store. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organisational abilities to maintain an orderly work environment
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.

Experience:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and boost sales.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding customer service and sales practices.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
• Diagnose & Repair Mobile devices with in-house training (provided in Carlisle or Newcastle all travel paid)
• Being a Key Holder & covering all Shifts given
• Team Leader Responsibilities in Managers Absence
