RECRUITING – PART-TIME RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT (BALLYSIMON, LIMERICK).

The BabyDoc Shop is one of Ireland’s fastest growing nursery and baby equipment stores. We are recruiting a new part-time team member to help us maintain the best-in-class service levels our customers expect and deserve.

All the necessary training will be provided on the job. No prior knowledge of nursery items is required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A positive can-do attitude is the most important things to be an effective team member. We always put our customer needs first and we are prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done.
• Good communicator. The role will require you to deal with customers and your work colleagues face to face, over the phone and by email. To do this effectively you will have to be a good communicator and team member.
• Attention to Detail. As part of the working day there will be a lot of information being processed. Attention to detail will be key part of the success of role.
• Fast learner. We’re experts in what we do. If you’re someone who is willing to learn - we can turn you into an expert in no time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Confident and outgoing personality to provide customers with the highest level of service possible.
• Previous retail experience is preferential but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention-to-detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm to learn and excel.
• Interest or experience with nursery and baby equipment is advantageous but not required.

  Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour

• Ensuring our customers receive the best possible service each time they visit your store.
• Providing customers with excellent post-purchase support from the moment they order, until the time they receive their products.
