Here at Soletrader, we are known for selling premium brand shoes and accessories. Established over 60 years ago with stores nationwide and an ever-growing online presence. We focus on providing our customers with footwear from leading brands.
We have an opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our team in our Chantry Place, Norwich store.
This position would suit a friendly individual who has a passion for our products and would provide excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be required to be flexible with their working hours as extra hours will be available during busy times and holidays etc. You will be required to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
The job duties include:
· Ensuring customers are provided with excellent customer service while they shop
· Recommending and promoting complimentary products
· Dealing with stock replenishment and deliveries
· Assisting the managers in merchandising
· Helping the store achieve its targets
· Keeping the store clean and tidy
· Preparing Ship from Store orders
