How you will make contributions that matter Join our friendly and growing team as a Retail Sales Assistant in Maffra, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia. Your responsibilities will include: Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries. Processing point of sale (POS) transactions. Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays. Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries. Performing general banking tasks. Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks (up to 20kg). About you Experience in a Retail, Customer Service or Administration role A background and genuine interest in Agriculture would be advantageous Forklift license holders will be highly regarded Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships. Exposure to Inventory & Stock control is advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office.
