Responsibilities include

• Advising & serving customers.
• Processing payments.
• Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
• Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
• May be required to carry out deliveries and installation from time to time

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years experience in a retail setting, dealing face to face with the public in a customer service role
• Energetic & self-motivated can work towards goals without constant supervision
• Good working experience dealing face-to-face with customers in a retail environment, preferably high-tech products or consumer electronics
• Industry and product knowledge in any technology and appliances is preferred - but not essential.
• Computer literate.. Social media and website management
• Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal forms
• Full clean driving licence is an advantage.

Salary

• Salary is minimum wage but is negotiable and depending on experience.
