Responsibilities

ABOUT THE RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT ROLE.

Our Retail Sales Assistant’s role is to provide outstanding customer service and to assist customers with their pool & spa requirements and to generate product & service sales. Other duties include assisting the Manager in the maintenance & daily running of the retail store including merchandising & stock management.

Our training program provides our Retail Assistants with the necessary skills to complete their key responsibilities including:

  • Superior customer service
  • Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
  • Stock control (ordering & receiving)
  • Maintain merchandising standards
  • Demonstrating & providing solutions for pool pumps, filters, chlorinators, cleaners, lights & automation systems.
  • Ability to use, record & update our CRM, process transactions on the POS other systems as required.
  • Store opening and cash handling.
