Job Description: Versus Socks seeks a friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Assistant to join our brand new Flagship store team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for retail. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide an outstanding in-store shopping experience by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect Versus Socks products. Sales: Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store targets. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product range, promotions, and features to assist customers confidently. Merchandising: Maintain the store's appearance by ensuring displays are tidy, visually appealing, and well-stocked. Stock Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory as needed. Point of Sale: Accurately process transactions using the store's POS system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to achieve overall goals and uphold the Versus brand ethos. Retail hours: Candidates will be expected to work weekends. What We’re Looking For: A friendly, energetic, and approachable personality. Previous experience in retail or customer service (advantageous). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Passion for the Versus Socks brand and an active lifestyle.
