Whytematter is delighted to be supporting Mourne Living in the recruitment of Retail Sales Assistants for their showroom, House of Vic-Ryn, in Lisburn. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing home and interiors brand known for its stylish furniture and customer-focused experience. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, this role offers a great chance to be part of a friendly, supportive team. The Role As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and offering home styling advice Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation Processing sales and handling transactions Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation Supporting with lifting and unpacking stock when required Contributing to a positive, team-focused environment About You We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years’ retail experience (furniture/interiors experience is a plus) Enjoys engaging with customers and building rapport Is confident in offering advice and closing sales Is reliable, proactive, and hands-on Is available to work weekends Has experience using till/EPOS systems What’s on Offer Competitive salary (£27,000+ pro rata) Bonus scheme Flexible full-time or part-time hours Immediate start If you’re passionate about retail and interiors and want to be part of a growing brand, we’d love to hear from you. 👉 Apply now or send your CV to sales@mourneliving.com
