Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service on the sales floor, proactively acquiring and engaging customers to help them discover the perfect items and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Driving sales performance to contribute to and achieve our daily team targets in a fast-paced, independent retail setting.
  • Maintaining an organised and visually appealing shop floor through effective stock management and merchandising.
  • Accurately handling cash and managing EPOS transactions.
  • Collaboratively opening and closing our stores with fellow team members.
  • Contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our busy independent retail environment.
  • Working effectively and positively within a team to collectively meet business goals.
