JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate products, and promote sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to engage with customers confidently and build rapport quickly.
• Experience with cashiering duties is a plus.
• A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
