Al Falah Optics is a leading optical retail chain in the UAE, providing high-quality eyewear and exceptional eye care services. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Muwaileh, Sharjah.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Arab National (preferred).
  • Previous retail sales experience (optical/eyewear experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, customer-oriented, and sales-driven.
  • Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new retail technologies and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, understand their eyewear needs, and provide expert advice on frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
  • Share product knowledge, highlight promotions, and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
  • Process sales transactions, invoicing, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer orders.
  • Support daily store operations, including inventory and reporting.
  • Work with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on new products and trends through training.
