Job Summary:

• Customer service including ringing up sales, helping customers pick

appropriate jewelry for their piercing(s), aftercare sales, and piercing

paperwork.

• Maintain the highest possible level of customer service.
• Responsible for monitoring the overall functions of the store including

all equipment, fixtures and inventory and reporting all problems to

the Shift Leader.

• Prompt and dependable attendance

Job Details:

• Provide customer service including the retail floor and filling out

paperwork.

• Create new displays inside jewelry cases whether to refresh a current

display with new jewelry or to create a seasonal or holiday display.

• Create and submit videos/pictures/post verbiage for social media

posts and submit them to Social Media

• Fill in shifts as needed or directed.
• Report unsafe working conditions to your supervisor.
• Follow all Almost Famous Body Piercing policies and procedures.
• Documentation as needed or directed
• Help maintain all equipment in all areas of the store including retail

area, break areas and storage areas, excluding all areas where
piercings are performed or tools are processed, and reports all

problems to Shift Leader.

• Maintain accurate organization of the retail area of the store including

but not limited to store fixtures, break and storage areas, jewelry
displays and sterilized jewelry and jewelry storage boxes and assist
with inventory management such as cycle counts, warehouse returns

and all other aspects of inventory management.

• Open and close the store as directed (per contractual obligation all

stores located in malls must be open and close per published mall
hours as well as offer all required goods and services during those
hours), maintain all official Company paperwork, and correctly open

and close the till and computer.

• All other duties as needed or directed.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires prolonged standing, bending, sitting, stooping, stretching

and walking.

• Requires twisting at the torso to retrieve tools or jewelry.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to

perform processes and operate equipment and manipulate small

pieces of jewelry, some of which are less than 3mm in size.

• Ability to lift items that weigh 5 lbs. up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use a 3-step stepstool or ladder to reach items stored on the

top shelf of a cabinet or storage area.

• Ability to wash hands a dozen times a day or more.
