We’re opening our newest location in Sherway Gardens and are looking for someone special to join our team as a Permanent Jewelry Welder & Customer Service Associate.
This is a hands-on, customer-centered role for someone who loves working closely with people and takes pride in creating memorable, meaningful experiences — including welding custom permanent jewelry pieces for our clients. If you’re passionate about people, artistry, and detail, we’d love to meet you. Welding experience is preferred but not required, we are happy to train the right candidate!

• Greet and welcome customers with warmth and intention
• Perform permanent jewelry welds (after training) with care, focus, and precision
• Build genuine connections and walk clients through the personalized welding process
• Assist with general store operations, merchandising, and maintaining a beautiful, safe space.
• Create personalized pieces by engraving, printing locket photos, charm stacking, etc. (training provided)
• Educate customers on our products and help them find pieces that truly speak to them
• Collaborate with the team to create an elevated and joyful shopping environment
• Earn commission opportunities based on permanent jewelry sales
