SKILLS

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
• Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including upselling and product knowledge
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Organizational skills to maintain inventory and store presentation standards
• Time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
• Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus, along with familiarity with product demos
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain merchandising standards to ensure the store is visually appealing
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
