Must Love Dogs! Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team! This role includes retail sales, booking grooming appointments, cash handling, inventory control, stocking, cleaning, and helping create a welcoming experience for every pup and pet parent who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is dependable, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with a smile. Microsoft proficiency, POS experience, and upselling skills are required. Position Details: • $14–$15/hour • 35–40 hours per week • Weekend availability required • No evening or overnight shifts Responsibilities: • Greet customers and their dogs enthusiastically and assist with products and services • Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments using our POS system • Handle cash, credit card transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately • Help maintain a clean, organized, and showroom-ready retail space • Assist with social media posting, monitoring, and engagement Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment • POS system and cash handling experience preferred • Basic math and computer skills required • Knowledge of retail sales and customer service best practices About Us: Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach is a highly rated neighborhood favorite dedicated to helping dogs look and feel their best.
