What’s the role?

  • Administrative position for the first three months to include- customer service inquiries, installation of screen protectors, content transfers from phone to phone, escalations as needed and other day to day support for the sales team.

Upon completion of the three month probation period…

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Customer facing environment - can occasionally require outbound business development (cold calls, call back, special events, etc.)
  • Exceed customers’ expectations by going the extra mile
  • Demonstrate initiative in learning and understanding new products, services and promotional offerings
  • Handle customer escalations and act as a liaison to resolve customer concerns
  • Act as an ambassador by professionally representing the Bell brand

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities a plus for diverse customer interactions

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
