POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our Village Juicery Retail Store. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for health and wellness, with a strong interest in organic plant-based nutrition. If you have experience in sales or customer service and enjoy creating meaningful connections with customers, this is a great opportunity to become part of an innovative and growing brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We’re looking for individuals who possess the following:

• Experience in customer service or retail settings.
• A passion for educating others about nutrition and wellness.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.
• Enthusiasm for 100% organic, plant-based nutrition.
• Reliable and outgoing, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends (20+ hours per week preferred).
• Background in nutrition or related fields is a plus.
• Food Handler Certification and Smart Serve certification are considered assets (Smart Serve must be completed by the end of training).

• Build genuine, respectful connections with customers, offering exceptional service.
• Provide product knowledge, including the benefits of organic plant-based nutrition, and sample delicious juice offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with store management to meet sales targets and store goals.
• Perform daily tasks, including maintaining the store’s cleanliness, processing payments, and completing opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with the light preparation of food and beverages.
