We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for technology will help drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout effectively.
• A friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone.

  Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Fill shelves and organize excess inventory on the retail floor.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Facing and aisle maintenance on a daily basis
• Replenish sold merchandise on the retail floor
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals while maintaining high standards of store presentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels, promotions, and customer feedback.
