Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers weigh and fill containers
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and refill containers
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean sales floor and help effectively manage inventory
• Sales skills to effectively communicate product information
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash
