Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will be a self-starter and work extremely well independently.
Must be available to work regular scheduled shift of Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday. 10-6 weekdays, 11-5 weekends ongoing.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Handle cash transactions with precision and integrity
- Ensure product inventory remains accurate at all times
- Follow all government implemented requirements at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a slow-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
