We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience by effectively communicating product information, managing transactions, and maintaining store presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in technical sales concepts and able to convey them clearly to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to sell products while providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
